Hello everybody,

WARLI - This Tribal Art from Maharashtra, India, is inseparable from their life. Every picture / painting depicts the world as their simple unadulterated mind percieves it. The present attempt is to carry to the people this overwhelming art in the form of wall-painting and in a form that 'talks' silently.

The Tribal Artistes embark on painting activity when he has a bout of extempore manifestation of their emotions to create something. In short, the painting becomes a meaningful medium of dialogue between the Artist and the Society.

And now you can have these dialogues in the form of Warli Paintings at your place or your own wall of your sweet home - anywhere in Mumbai, India. Original artist from tribal area will come and draw their emotions in the form of wall painting or frames to make your home an elegant place.

We arrange workshops (1 day) either on a Saturay or Sunday in the School or at your place for nurturing Warli Art tradition and it's cultural importance.

For details, you may blog or email to warlipaintings@yahoo.in
